We offer a 30-day warranty from the original date of purchase against any defects on “New stock/current model” products by M21 Surf brand, which includes: surfboards and surf gear. Please send supporting documents such as proof of purchase along with detailed pictures to contact@m21surf.com, or you may bring your item to our warehouse located 13893 Central Ave. Chino, CA 91710.
***Note you must provide proof of purchase and M21 Surf will make the final decision if it’s a manufacturer defect.***
What is not covered:
In the sport of surfing, please understand that this is considered an extreme sport where anything can happen in open ocean or indoor/outdoor surf where the board is constantly under pressure from both water and the rider. Waves are not controlled water and there are many variables that can cause a board/surf gear to be damaged. The rider and the seller will not be able to determine what exactly caused the board/surf gear to be damaged in the event of.
The following below will not be covered:
- Any broken or crack parts of the board– Our boards are hand crafted by our family owned surf factory “Maxam Surf”. We pride ourselves by using quality material and good craftmanship. Our boards are glassed minimum of double layered fiberglass on deck and one glass on the bottom. Glass schedule are at surf industry standard and above depending on each surfboard model.
- UV or Heat damage –Surfboards are fragile, whether its heavy glass or have been reinforced with other composites. The sun can discolor or damage your board/surf gear. We always recommend keeping your board/surf gear in a cool place and always rinse after your surf session. Your board/surf gear can also deteriorate when it’s left inside a hot vehicle or left outside in direct sunlight.
- Cosmetic blemish of the board –Our boards are crafted by hand and will have some cosmetic imperfections. Cosmetic blemish will not affect the construction of the board. A cosmetic blemish may include but is not limited to the finished on the board, marks, writings, or color variations.
- Pressure dents on the board – Surfing on a board will have dents from applying pressure when making maneuvers or even falling on the board. Kneeling, popping up, pumping/ turning, walking, etc. are examples of applying pressure on the board.
- Sale Items –Any sale items are sales final. Sale items are priced fairly depending on the condition of the item.
